Like so many, much of my family’s history centers around food. The story of Dia’s Clubhouse Greek begins in Greece, where my father was chef for King Paul I in 1945. Our family later traveled to New England, and finally down south to Statesboro, GA, where we settled and opened a family-run restaurant. For years we served Greek and Italian fare, including our famous house dressing that is now Dia’s Clubhouse Greek. Since closing the restaurant requests for our house dressing have come from Massachusetts to Florida and inspired us to offer Dia’s to the public. I hope you and your family will enjoy Dia’s, and will use it to make some history of your own.
